What we collect

The brief form is the only place this site asks you for anything. What you type there (your brand name, email address and the details of your job) is sent to us as an email, relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. We use it for one purpose: to read your brief and reply to you. It is never sold, shared or used for marketing lists. The brief form can also carry product photographs you choose to attach. Those ride along as an email attachment, are used to make your film and nothing else, and FormSubmit does not retain them — it relays them and keeps no copy. We never publish your product, your film or your name as a client without your written permission, and that applies with particular force to a product you have not launched yet.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that gives us aggregate page counts; it does not identify you, follow you across sites, or store anything on your device.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type) to deliver the pages.

Your data, your call

If you have sent us a brief and want it deleted, email hello@vyluxstudio.com and we will delete our copy and confirm. The same address answers any question about this page.
